    OCTOBER 2026
    Vol. 10 No. 4 (2026)

The October 2026 issue of Jurnal EMT KITA is the bulkiest yet, running to roughly sixty articles that sprawl across nearly every corner of business and economic research. Marketing and consumer behavior remain the dominant thread, with TikTok Shop once again the platform of choice — this time examined through social proof, visual content quality, live-streaming, affiliate marketing, and promotional overload among Gen Z buyers. Skincare (Skintific), perfume (Evangeline, Scarlett), fashion (Zara), dairy (Ultra Milk), and smartphones round out the product-level studies, most leaning on influencer credibility, content marketing, e-service quality, and brand image as their explanatory variables, with PLS-SEM as the near-universal method of choice. Human resource research is equally dense, tracking work discipline, transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture against employee performance in settings ranging from a provincial Bakesbangpol office and Polri's training bureau to PLN and a free-nutritious-meal (MBG) SME. A distinct sub-cluster zooms in on Gen Z labor experience specifically — burnout among ShopeeFood drivers, work-life balance and job hopping, and financial risk-taking shaped by overconfidence — signaling a growing editorial interest in how the youngest workforce cohort behaves under pressure. Accounting and finance contributions cover familiar corporate-finance ground (fixed asset revaluation at Garuda Indonesia, debt financing at PLN, cash turnover at Hutama Karya, value-based management at Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper) alongside firm-level determinants of profit and value on the IDX — sales and production costs on net profit, liquidity/solvency/activity on mining-sector profitability, and green investment's effect on firm value. MSME and fintech studies form another sizable cluster, linking financial literacy, digital competence, and platform trust to MSME performance and innovation, including a practical case on SIAPIK bookkeeping adoption at a BRILink outlet. Macroeconomic policy studies — unemployment drivers in East Kalimantan and Pekanbaru, poverty reduction through growth and human capital, infrastructure planning in Gowa — sit alongside a handful of topics that stand out for their rarity in this journal's usual scope: the Domestic Market Obligation policy's effect on Indonesia's coal exports to South Korea and the Philippines, marketing public relations in Pertamina's public-information digitalization, tenant satisfaction management in a Special Economic Zone via Quality Function Deployment, and user adoption of mobile health applications in Indonesian hospitals. These outliers, much like the nickel and Halal Oracle System pieces in the previous issue, hint at the journal's continuing pull toward subjects just beyond conventional Indonesian business-management territory.

    JULY 2026
    Vol. 10 No. 3 (2026)

The July 2026 issue of Jurnal EMT KITA (Vol. 10 No. 3) moves across a wide range of directions at once — from Gen Z consumer behavior shaped by TikTok Shop content and ChatGPT adoption, to the governance of Koperasi Merah Putih in West Java. Marketing research takes the largest share, centering on purchase decisions for skincare, Uniqlo fashion, and sports merchandise as influenced by influencer credibility, e-WOM, and brand image. HR studies measure the relationship between work discipline, compensation, and leadership style on employee performance across sectors — from family-owned garment SMEs to provincial government offices. Accounting and finance appear through audit report lag analysis in the BEI property sector, financial distress prediction using the Z-Score model, and Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial performance. MSMEs are examined through financial literacy, report quality, and productivity in Langsa City's tourism village. A few topics stand noticeably apart: global nickel industry market structure, people-to-people diplomacy through Germany's Ausbildung program, and the role of Halal Oracle Systems in ensuring Shariah compliance within blockchain applications — subjects rarely seen in Indonesian business management journals, and that's precisely what makes them worth noting.
