This study aims to analyze the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), inflation, and interest rates on profitability, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), at Bank Mega Syariah during the 2015–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with 10 observations and secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Indonesia, and Statistics Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show the regression equation ROA = 1.517 + 0.138 CAR − 0.006 FDR − 0.014 Inflation − 0.484 Interest Rate. The F-value of 1.304 with a significance value of 0.382 and an R Square value of 0.511, while the Adjusted R Square value of 0.119 indicates that the model explains 11.9% of the variation after adjustment. Partially and simultaneously, CAR, FDR, inflation, and interest rates do not have a significant effect on ROA. These findings indicate that the profitability of Bank Mega Syariah during the study period was not significantly influenced by the variables examined.
