Investigasi Impact Achievement Motivation dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of achievement motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT USG Unit Pringapus 2 Ungaran. The sampling technique used in this study is by random sampling (random sample). then the number of samples is 89 respondents. Data collection techniques are as follows: 1. Primary Data, carried out through: a) Observation, is a method of collecting data by observing directly or indirectly the object of research. b) Questionnaire, is data collection that is given or distributing a list of questions or written statements to respondents to be answered. c) Interview, namely data collection by asking respondents directly. 2. Secondary Data collected: a) Through theoretical literature, namely from books that are related to the research variables, and the problems studied. b) Through the literature of findings, namely from theses, journal articles, the internet, government publications, newspapers, and documentation. In this study using two variables, namely: 1. The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). 2. The independent variables are achievement motivation (X1), organizational commitment (X2). In this study, the data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis. The purpose of this data analysis method is to interpret and draw conclusions from the data that has been obtained, such as: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination test and assisted by SPSS software program version 25. The results of the study explain that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT USG Unit Pringapus 2 Ungaran. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT USG Unit Pringapus 2 Ungaran. The R2 value in the regression model obtained is 0.588, which means that 58.8% of the dependent variable of employee performance at PT USG Unit Pringapus 2 Ungaran can be explained by the independent variable explained by the Achievement Motivation variable and organizational commitment, while the remaining 41.2% of employee performance at PT USG Unit Pringapus 2 Ungaran can be explained by other factors.
