Abstract
This study is about the analysis of the impact of competence, compensation on employee performance. The population in this research process is all employees of PT KLM in Jakarta. This study used simple random sampling data sampling techniques. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that compensation and competence can provide a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT KLM employees in Jakarta both partially and simultaneously.
