Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of physical and non-physical work environments on the performance of KRI Hiu-634 soldiers, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research was conducted on KRI Hiu-634 using quantitative methods with Smart PLS 3. The results indicate that physical and non-physical work environment variables significantly affect the performance of KRI Hiu-634 soldiers. Additionally, the motivation variable directly impacts the soldiers' performance. As an intervening variable, motivation also has a significant indirect effect by enhancing the influence of the physical and non-physical work environments on the soldiers' performance
