This study aims to examine the dual roles of female workers in the brick-making industry regarding the improvement of family income and well-being. The research was conducted in Gampong Lampeudaya, Lambaro Angan, Aceh Besar Regency. The study population consisted of women working in the brick-making industry who simultaneously fulfill the roles of homemaker and wage earner. A purposive sampling method was employed, utilizing specific criteria for selection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation within a qualitative descriptive research framework. The findings indicate that women's involvement in the brick-making industry contributes to increased family income and enhances family well-being by helping to meet household needs. Alongside their productive work, these women continue to perform domestic duties, such as managing the household and caring for their families. This situation reflects a dual-role dynamic that requires women to balance their time, energy, and responsibilities between work and family life. Despite facing various challenges—such as heavy workloads, time constraints, and weather conditions that can impact production activities—employment in the brick-making industry serves as a vital source of income that helps strengthen the family's economic standing and overall well-being.
