Pengaruh Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran, Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Transparansi dan Sistem Pelaporan Terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Pemerintah Kota Palembang

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of budget target clarity, budget participation, transparency, and reporting system on the performance accountability of the Palembang City regional government. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this study uses a saturated sample method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 128 respondents (Head of Planning, Finance, Reporting, and Treasurer). Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the ''Statistic Program and Service Solution" (SPSS) version 31. The results of this study indicate that partially budget target clarity, budget participation have a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies, while transparency and reporting system although in the same positive direction, the resulting effect is not significant, meaning that transparency and reporting system do not have a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. The results of the study simultaneously show that budget target clarity, budget participation, transparency, and reporting system have a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies.
