Abstract

The increasingly modern business world is developing the service industry more rapidly, such as gyms. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on consumer satisfaction in Lampros. This study uses quantitative research methods and the population in this study is those who have been to the gym in Lampros with a sample using the Hair 5x26 formula, the results are 130 respondents. With associative research with the sampling technique used is accidental sampling, questionnaire using a likert scale of 1-5, questionnaire data is transformed into MSI intervals and data is processed using SPSS. The results of the study show that facilities and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
