Pengaruh Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Pada Divisi Produksi PT Dasa Windu Agung

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in business organizations as the main driver of production and operational processes. Therefore, management needs to pay special attention to issues related to human resources. The availability of employees who have high potential and productivity is very important to increase productivity in the current industrial era. This study aims to analyze the effect of training, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in the production division of PT Dasa Windu Agung. The method used is quantitative research with a population of all employees in the production division. Samples were taken using purposive sampling resulting in 122. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that training, work discipline, and motivation together have a significant effect on work productivity, with an Fcount value of 75.790, which is greater than the F table 2.68. Partial test (t test) shows that work discipline (t value 7.317) and motivation (t value 4.850) have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, while training (t value 0.001) has a positive but insignificant effect. This study emphasizes the importance of work discipline and motivation in improving employee productivity.
