Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Luwu Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the North Luwu Regency Inspectorate Office. The population of this study is all employees at the Inspectorate Office totaling 64 employees. The sample technique used is proportional random sampling by setting sample criteria, namely Age and Gender. The total sample that meets the criteria is 55 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire measured by the Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, regression test, determination coefficient test, t-test and F test. The results of the study show that the Leadership variable has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable. On the other hand, the Work Motivation variable also has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable. And the Work Discipline variable also has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the variables of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline affect the variables of Employee Performance at the North Luwu Regency Inspectorate Office. Based on the Coefficient of Determination of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline affects Employee Performance at the North Luwu Regency Inspectorate Office by 78.6%, the remaining 21.4% is explained by other variables or other factors that are not explained in this study.
