Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Personel pada Pusdiklantas Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Serpong Tangerang Selatan

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of personnel at Pusdiklantas Polri. It also aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on personnel performance at Pusdiklantas Polri, as well as to assess the combined influence of organizational commitment and work discipline on personnel performance. The study uses a quantitative descriptive statistical research method. There is a positive and significant influence of the organizational commitment variable (X1) on personnel performance (Y), as indicated by the value of t-count > t-table (8.925 > 2.000). The adjusted R² (R Square) value is 0.481, which means that organizational commitment contributes 48.1% to personnel performance. There is also a positive and significant influence of the work discipline variable (X2) on personnel performance, as shown by t-count > t-table (9.469 > 2.000). The R² value is 0.510, indicating that work discipline contributes 51.0% to personnel performance. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant influence of both organizational commitment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on personnel performance (Y), with the value of F-count > F-table (54.625 > 3.10). The R² value is 0.562, meaning that organizational commitment and work discipline together contribute 56.2% to personnel performance.
