Abstract

Information Technology plays a crucial role in collecting, storing, and analyzing consumer data, enabling companies better to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends, positively impacting business performance in the digital era. Utilizing the collected data allows companies to create more focused and personalized engagement for employees and consumers. This data also helps companies recognize external factors, such as global economic conditions, that may influence their performance. By wisely using Information Technology, companies can make better decisions in managing engagement, which in turn helps them achieve a competitive advantage. A dynamic and competitive market forces companies to adapt quickly, improving performance and productivity to remain relevant and successful. With the aim of information technology with employee involvement, it is faster in producing business performance productivity. The sample in this study was 46 respondents at SXB Sport Indonesia, a company engaged in world-class sports clothing convection services, which is also a manufacturer and distributor of sports clothing. Using quantitative methods, namely PLS. The findings of this study are that business performance will increase due to the role of technology utilization and strengthening employee involvement is increasingly needed.
