This study aims to analyze the impact of government spending on education, health, and infrastructure on economic growth in South Sulawesi Province. These three sectors were chosen because of their significant contribution to sustainable development, particularly in improving the quality of human resources and providing infrastructure that supports economic activity. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with time series data from 2012 to 2024. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The results show that, simultaneously, government spending in the education, health, and infrastructure sectors has a significant effect on economic growth. However, partially, the impact of government spending differs between the three sectors. Expenditures in the health sector have a greater impact on economic growth than those in the education and infrastructure sectors. Although expenditures in these three sectors are important, the effectiveness of government budget management in each sector plays a major role in determining their impact on economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of efficient and targeted fiscal policies to promote sustainable economic growth. Therefore, this study provides recommendations for the local government of South Sulawesi Province to consider priorities and efficiency in budget allocation in strategic sectors in order to improve community welfare, strengthen regional economic growth, and achieve inclusive and sustainable development.
