Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of transparency, accountability, and the Family Hope Programme on community welfare in Pangden Village, Tikala Sub-district, North Toraja Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to participants. The measurement instrument uses a Likert scale, through validity, reliability and hypothesis testing conducted using SmartPLS 4 software. The participants of this study were 144 PKH beneficiaries selected by total sampling, namely each individual in the population was sampled. The results of the analysis show that the variables of transparency and accountability have a significant and positive influence on community welfare in Pangden Village, Tikala Subdistrict, North Toraja Regency.
