The Role of Commitment, Work Ethos and Competence on Employee Performance in Sharia Commercial Bank

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan, dedikasi, dan etos kerja lulusan ekonomi syariah terhadap efisiensi sumber daya manusia perbankan syariah. Dengan latar belakang ekonomi syariah, SDM bank syariah diminta mengisi kuesioner penelitian, dan sebanyak 96 responden menjawab. Data primer penelitian ini berasal dari survei tersebut. Analisis linier berganda digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini. Menurut temuan studi tersebut, skor R Adjugment sebesar 50% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecenderungan pengaruhnya cukup. Selain itu, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, variabel kompetensi (X1), dedikasi (X2), dan etos kerja (X3) berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja SDM (Y) bank syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel kompetensi (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh dominan secara parsial dengan nilai B sebesar 0,225; pengaruh variabel komitmen (X2) memiliki nilai yang tidak signifikan dengan nilai 0,412; dan pengaruh variabel etos kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000.
