Penelitian ini membahas tentang prosedur pelayanan administrasi nasabah pada Baitul Qiradh Kamar Dagang dan Industri Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang prosedur pelayanan administrasi nasabah yang dilakukan oleh Baitul Qiradh Kamar Dagang dan Industri Aceh serta mengevaluasi bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam mempercepat dan meningkatkan efisiensi prosedur pelayanan administrasi nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pelayanan administrasi nasabah di Baitul Qiradh Kamar Dagang dan Industri Aceh sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan teknologi informasi yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan agar Baitul Qiradh Kamar Dagang dan Industri Aceh meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam prosedur pelayanan administrasi nasabah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mempercepat proses pelayanan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah dan meningkatkan kinerja Baitul Qiradh Kamar Dagang dan Industri Aceh.
