Sistem Komunikasi Pemasaran dalam Mensosialisasikan Program Jaminan Kesehatan pada Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh dalam mensosialisasikan program jaminan kesehatan dan menghubungkannya dengan motivasi kerja dan disisi teknologi komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi pada kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh cukup efektif dalam mensosialisasikan program jaminan kesehatan. Sistem tersebut dilakukan melalui beberapa media seperti brosur, sosial media, iklan, dan media cetak lainnya. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa motivasi kerja yang tinggi dari para pegawai kantor BPJS Kesehatan menjadi faktor yang mendukung kesuksesan dalam menjalankan sistem komunikasi pemasaran tersebut. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi komputer juga turut membantu efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem komunikasi pemasaran. Kesimpulannya, sistem komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh cukup efektif dalam mensosialisasikan program jaminan kesehatan. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan teknologi komputer yang diterapkan turut membantu dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem tersebut.
