Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of leadership style, communication, work environment and appreciation on employee performance at PT Nusa Unggul Sarana Adicipta. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Its population was all of the PT Nusa Unggul Sarana Adiciptas employees as many as 50 employees. The results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect leadership style towards employee performance at PT Nusa Unggul Sarana Adicipta with the result of count ttest > ttable (2,177 > 2,01410). (2) There is a positive and significant effect leadership style towards employee performance at PT Nusa Unggul Sarana Adicipta with the result of count ttest > ttable (6,238 > 2,01410). (3) There is a positive and significant effect leadership style towards employee performance at PT Nusa Unggul Sarana Adicipta with the result of count ttest > ttable (2,686 > 2,01410). (4) There is a positive and significant effect leadership style towards employee performance at PT Nusa Unggul Sarana Adicipta with the result of count ttest > ttable ((-2,359 < 2,01410) and the total contribution given reached 65,3%.
