Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on organizational commitment at PT. Wasa Mitra Enggineering. The sampling technique used in this study is by census. then the number of samples is 30 employees. Data collection techniques are Observation, Questionnaire, Interview. In this study using two variables, namely: 1. The dependent variable is Organizational Commitment (Y). 2. The independent variable is organizational culture (X1), leadership style (X2). In this study, the data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis, such as: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination test and assisted by SPSS software program version 26. The results of the study explain that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Wasa Mitra Enggineering. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Wasa Mitra Enggineering. The R2 value in the regression model is 0.697, which means 69.7% of the dependent variable of organizational commitment at PT. Wasa Mitra Enggineering can be explained by the independent variables of organizational culture and leadership style, while the remaining 30.3% of organizational commitment at PT. Wasa Mitra Enggineering can be explained by other factors.
