This study aims to analyze the effect of GRH A la Carte and self-determination on employee loyalty. This study is based on the phenomenon of increasing turnover in 2024–2025 accompanied by low job satisfaction and understaffing conditions due to the absence of new employee recruitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The population of this study is employees of PT XYZ with the sampling technique using probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed through outer model and inner model evaluation. The results show that GRH A la Carte and self-determination have a positive effect on employee loyalty. These findings indicate that there is a relationship between GRH A la Carte and self-determination so that improving the practice of GRH A la Carte and self-determination can strengthen employee loyalty.
