Employee performance is a crucial factor in organizational success and is influenced by various aspects, including Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Employee Engagement. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived organizational support and employee engagement on employee performance at the South Garut Cattle Farmers Cooperative (KPGS). The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire administered to 72 KPGS employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Perceived Organizational Support positively influences employee performance through the dimensions of organizational justice, recognition of contributions, and concern for employee well-being, thereby enhancing the quality, quantity, and timeliness of work. Employee Engagement also has a positive impact on employee performance, particularly through the dimensions of dedication and absorption, which improve work quality and productivity. However, these two variables have not yet been consistently implemented, so employee performance has not been fully optimized in achieving organizational goals. The higher the level of organizational support and employee engagement, the better the resulting performance. Therefore, cooperatives need to improve recognition, policy fairness, effective communication, and employee engagement so that performance can improve optimally and sustainably.
