Abstract
This study aims to analyse the role of innovative work behaviour as a mediating variable in the influence of creative self-efficacy and dynamic capabilities on the performance of Dukcapil employees at West Pasaman Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with a study population covering all 56 employees. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that creative self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while dynamic capabilities do not have a direct effect on performance but have an indirect effect through innovative work behaviour. Both creative self-efficacy and dynamic capabilities have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behaviour, which in turn contributes significantly to improving employee performance. Innovative work behaviour only mediates the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance, while creative self-efficacy affects performance directly without requiring mediation.
