Strategi Meningkatkan Employee Engagement: Sinergi Talent Management, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kompensasi

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the improvement of employee engagement based on talent management, work environment, and compensation at the Tahunan District Office. This research is quantitative, with the study population consisting of 60 employees of the Tahunan District Office. The sampling technique used is a census. Data collection methods involve questionnaires, and data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to understand the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The study results show that: (1) talent management has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, with b1 of 0.404 and a significance value of 0.019; (2) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, with b2 of 0.348 and a significance value of 0.010; (3) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, with b3 of 0.358 and a significance value of 0.021.
