This study aims to determine the Effect of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) on Increasing the Income of the Pongo Village Community, Masamba District, North Luwu Regency. The research method used is the quantitative research method. The population in this study is the Pongo Village community who participated in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) as many as 133 people. namely using random samples by conducting interviews using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear analysis. The results of the study obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant effect of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) on Increasing the Income of the Pongo Village Community, Masamba District, North Luwu Regency.
