Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi kepemimpinan Koperasi dalam Upaya meningkatkan kinerja Koperasi di Provinsi Aceh. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Koperasi yang ada di Provinsi Aceh yang diambil secara acak, metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan
peralatan statistik Chi-Square. Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Koperasi di Provinsi Aveh secara statistik tidak mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan Koperasi, karena diperoleh nilai Chi-Squarehitung sebesar 54.373, sedangkan Chi-Squaretabel sebesar 3.841, dengan demikian menerima hipotesis alternatif dan menolak hipotesis nol. Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Koperasi di Provinsi Aceh secara statistik mempunyai hubungan yang kuat
dengan peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan karena diperoleh nilai ChiSquarehitung sebesar 121.041, sedangkan Chi-Squaretabel sebesar 3.841 dengan demikian menerima hipotesis alternatif dan menolak hipotesis nol. Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Koperasi mempunyai dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan Koperasi Provinsi Aceh karena dipersepsikan secara positif oleh Karyawan, sedangkan Gaya Kepemimpinan kurang mempunyai hubungan terhadap kepuasan kerja Karyawan Koperasi di Provinsi Aceh.
