This study aims to analyze the innovation landscape of Kopi Tahura based on the Innovation Space framework, formulate an innovation strategy using the Ten Types of Innovation, and identify the implementation of Co-Creation and Co-Innovation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of Kopi Tahura's owners, employees, and customers. Data were analyzed qualitatively using source triangulation. The results indicate that Kopi Tahura has implemented innovation across four dimensions of Innovation Space: Product Innovation, Process Innovation, Position Innovation, and Paradigm Innovation. Based on a SWOT analysis, the Ten Types of Innovation strategy focuses on three main categories: Configuration through strengthening internal systems; Offering through developing signature products and product integration; and Experience through improving service, integrating omnichannel channels, strengthening the brand, and engaging customers. The study also demonstrates the potential for implementing Co-Creation through employee and customer engagement, as well as Co-Innovation through collaboration with MSMEs, communities, and external partners. These strategies are expected to strengthen Kopi Tahura's competitiveness and support its business sustainability.
