Abstract
In an educational process in a college, employees with the best performance according to their abilities are very important to help the success and smoothness of academic development. The key to managing employee performance is to always ensure clarity of roles for all employees, set and agree on performance standards from the beginning of the employee's involvement. The data analysis used in this study is with a questionnaire model and conducting interviews and group discussions conducted by the author. It is concluded that the results of the methods or tools used in analyzing data in this study can provide input and contributions regarding employee performance and management issues.
