Abstract

The role of digital leadership is a key aspect in increasing banking competitiveness in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the position of digital leadership in the organizational performance of Bank Syarikat Madani Tanjungpinang Branch. The research method used is a qualitative approach with information collection methods through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the role of digital leadership in this bank contributes to increasing operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. However, the challenge experienced is that some customers are less able to experience existing digital changes. This study provides strategic advice for bank management to maximize the role of digital leadership in order to improve organizational performance in a sustainable manner.
