Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of natural resources and institutional quality on entrepreneurial activities in Bireuen Regency. Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in driving regional economic growth, influenced by both internal and external factors, including resource potential and institutional performance. A quantitative approach was applied using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data collected from local entrepreneurs. Research instruments were tested for validity and reliability prior to analysis. The results indicate that both natural resources and institutional quality significantly influence entrepreneurial activities. These findings suggest that optimizing local resources and improving institutional services can foster the development of local enterprises. Therefore, collaboration among government, institutions, and entrepreneurs is essential to create a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bireuen Regency.
