Pengaruh Destination Image Terhadap Revisit Intention Yang Dimediasi Oleh Perceived Service Quality Pada Objek Wisata Istana Bunga Jembayan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Destination Image on Revisit Intention, mediated by Perceived Service Quality, at the Istana Bunga Jembayan Tourist Attraction. The analysis will employ Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 program. The population for this study consists of 17,087 individuals, with a sample size of 99, determined using the Slovin formula. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Destination Image has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention, (2) Destination Image has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Service Quality, (3) Perceived Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention, and (4) Destination Image has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention through Perceived Service Quality.
