Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Guru Di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Kepuasan Kerja Guru Merupakan Faktor Penting Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Di SMA. Dalam Penelitian Ini, Pendekatan Kualitatif Digunakan Untuk Memahami Persepsi, Pengalaman, Dan Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Guru. Data Dikumpulkan Melalui Wawancara, Observasi, Dan Analisis Dokumen. Analisis Data Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Analisis Tematik Untuk Mengidentifikasi Tema-Tema Yang Muncul Dalam Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Guru.
