Analisis Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai Asn Di Kantor Kelurahan Cibeureum

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan memiliki tujuan mengetahui bagaimana kedisiplinan kerja yang diterapkan pada pegawai ASN pada Kantor Kelurahan Cibeureum, untuk mengetahui sanksi yang diterapkan pada pegawai ASN di Kantor Kelurahan Cibeureum, serta mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan disiplin kerja pada pegawai ASN di kantor kelurahan Cibeureum. Metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan mempergunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data dikumpulkan dilaksanakan memalui penggunaan dokumentasi, observasi, serts wawancara. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis melewati berbagai langkah berupa penarikan kesimpulan, penyajian data, serta reduksi data. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan dimana disiplin kerja pegawai sangat penting menuju peningkatan kinerja pegawai karena pekerja yang berdisiplin tinggi kemudian melakukan tugas maupun pekerjaan melalui lancar serta tertib, meningkatkan hasil kinerja dan menjadi elemen penentu kemampuan suatu instansi dalam memenuhi seluruh tujuannya.
