Abstract

Desentralisasi dan otonomi daerah diperlukan untuk memberikan efek atau peningkatan layanan bagi masyarakat baik itu sifatnya langsung atau tidak langsung. Dengan adanya desentralisasi diberikan kewenangan akan pengembangan kesanggupan yang dimilikinya semacam pokok pendapatan daerah. Pengalokasi keuangan di Kota Cirebon dikatakan cukup bagus, sebab tergantung pada kebutuhan daerah setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna melihat pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Terhadap Belanja Modal di Kota Cirebon tahun 2012-2021. Selain itu, memakai beberapa jenis penelitian yang yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif mendeskripsikan modus, mean, dan median atau menguji hipotesis sebuah data statistik untuk kegunaan tertentu, terdapat data runtun waktu, digunakan penelitian ini yakni kumpulan data yang dilaksanakan di waktu yang berbeda. Menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu deskriptif statistik, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda uji hipotesis, meliputi R2 serta uji t, melalui bantuan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum terhadap Belanja Modal. Namun, Dana Alokasi Umum mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal.
