Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh memiliki tugas untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Salah satu hal yang penting dalam memberikan pelayanan adalah pengelolaan arsip yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi mekanisme pengelolaan arsip pada kantor tersebut dan hubungannya dengan teknologi komputer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme pengelolaan arsip pada kantor BPJS Kesehatan Wilayah Kota Banda Aceh sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan arsip adalah penggunaan teknologi komputer yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan teknologi komputer yang lebih baik diharapkan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan arsip pada kantor tersebut.
