Pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Kantor Bank Aceh Cabang Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Aceh Cabang Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 93 orang karyawan, dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus sehingga semua populasi 36 orang karyawan dijadikan sebagai sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian menggunkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Aceh Cabang Banda Aceh. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase koefisien determinasi sebesar 26,0% dan sisanya 74,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar dari variabel ini, misalnya komitmen kerja, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan lain-lain. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,509 menunjukkan bahwa derajat hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 50,9%, artinya kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Aceh Cabang Banda Aceh mempunyai hubungan yang erat dan positif dengan variabel perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (50,731 >3,111), artinya perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Aceh Cabang Banda Aceh. Sedangkan secara parsial perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Aceh Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (3,796 dan 4,499 > 1,988).
