Abstract
The textile industry is a sector that contributes significantly to Indonesia's economic growth, but faces challenges in maintaining employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, OCB, and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Maxistayl Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used in collecting data through an online questionnaire. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a simple random sampling method, and the data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software in the PLS-SEM model. From the data processing, it was found that all constructs in this study have demonstrated strong convergent validity, reflected in the AVE value exceeding the threshold of 0.50.
