Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and work motivation on employee performance at the Civil Registration and Population Office (Dukcapil). Talent management, which includes the effective management of human resources, and work motivation provided by the organization, are believed to play a significant role in improving employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at Dukcapil. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to identify the influence of each variable on employee performance. The results show that both talent management and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
