UD.Bintang Baru merupakan agen untuk membeli komoditas hasil perkebunan masyarakat di Seumelue demi membantu petani dalam mengembangkan usaha perkebunannya. Pelaporan hasil alam yang diterima oleh pimpinan UD. Bintang Baru sebelumnya menggunakan akses informasi melalui handphone yaitu dengan menelpon perusahaan yang ada di Banda Aceh untuk mengetahui
jumlah komoditas hasil alam yang ada. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang sistem informasi manajemen pembelian dan penjualan komoditas perkebunan masyarakat pada UD.Bintang Baru.Penelitian menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL. Hasil penelitian sistem informasi pembelian dan penjualan komoditas perkebunan masyarakat Simelue pada UD.Bintang Baru telah
dapat mengolah data user, pembelian, penjual, komoditas, agen, kurir, provinsi dan penjualan. Begitu juga data yang telah diinputkan telah dapat diolah dan menghasilkan laporan pembelian dan penjualan.
