Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktek nepotisme terhadap suasana keheningan organisasional, perasaan keterasingan karyawan dalam organisasi, dan keadaan komitmen karyawan dalam organisasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada karyawan di PT. Nusa Pusaka Kencana sebuah perusahaan perkebunan swasta di Sumatera Utara. Sampel berjumlah 120 oran karyawan yang diambil berdasarkan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pendistribusian kuisioner kepada sampel yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ditemukan praktek nepotrisme pada organisasi perusahaan PT. Nusa Pusaka Kencana tanpak jelas dapat mempenaruhi suasan keheningan, keterasingan karyawan dengan organisasi, dan juga berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan terhadap orgaisasional.
