Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis rasio likuiditas dan rasio profitabilitas terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2021. Penelitian ini populasinya adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2021. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah sub sektor makanan dan minuman, Perusahaan dalam sektor ini berjumlah 27 Perusahaan sampel pada setiap bulan periode 2019 - 2021 maka diperoleh jumlah sampel (n) 27x3 periode = 81 Sampel. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif studi pustaka, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dalam menganalisis data, yaitu dengan analisis rasio keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh data perkembangan baik rasio likuiditas dan rasio profitabilitas tahun 2019-2020 perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2019 atas 2020 mengalami peningkatan dikarenakan perusahaan masih mampu melakukan kegiatan operasional perusahaan dengan baik hal ini dikarenakan performa positif pada beberapa subsektornya meski di tengah kondisi tekanan ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pada tahun 2020 atas 2021 beberapa perusahaan belum mampu menjalankan kegiatan operasional secara baik hal ini dikarenakan melemahnya minat konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian dan lebih berfokus pada kesehatannya hal ini dibuktikan dengan kinerja industri manufaktur nasional mulai mengalami penurunan secara signifikan.
