Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh dari kepuasan pelanggan serta kualitas layanan terhadap minat beli konsumen restoran McDonald’s yang ada di kota Makassar. Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1.) Kepuasan pelanggan tidak mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen McDonald’s di kota Makassar, 2.) Kualitas layanan mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen secara positif dan signifikan. Untuk itu, McD sebaiknya terus melakukan inovasi-inovasi baru dalam peningkatan kepuasan pelanggannya serta memberikan kualitas layanan seperti yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen mereka.
