Perusahaan dapat berfungsi sebagai tempat para karyawan dapat bekerja dengan sukses, membuat mereka lebih bersemangat, sehingga perlu dipahami bahwa perusahaan sangat menghargai memilih perusahaan yang memiliki kecenderungan kerja yang baik dan sangat energik. Inti dari eksplorasi ini adalah; Untuk mengetahui dampak kompensasi terhadap pelaksanaan pekerja di CV. Bangunindo Utama. Dampak dari pemeriksaan saya adalah kemampuan seorang karyawan meningkat ketika mereka diberi kompensasi setara dengan pekerjaan di lakukan. Banyak hal yang seharusnya bisa dilakukan agar pekerja bisa berkembang secara nyata, salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
