Abstract
Kinerja karyawan adalah Kemampuan karyawan mencapai persyaratan-persyaratan pekerjaan yang didalamnya terdapat evaluasi yang dilakukan secara berturut-turut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data Primer. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan dokumentasi yang diperoleh responden karyawan Bank BJB Syariah Bandung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan penelitian sensus maka target populasi yang ditetapkan adalah seluruh karyawan karyawan Bank BJB Syariah Bandung yang terlibat di kantor cabang tersebut yang berjumlah 78 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Manajemen Talenta berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja secara parsial, Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja secara parsial, dan Manajemen Talenta dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja secara simultan.
