This study aims to analyze the liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios on the financial performance of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk during the period 2018–2024. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive design and utilizes secondary data in the form of annual financial statements collected through documentation techniques. The analysis uses the Current Ratio (CR) as a proxy for liquidity, Return on Assets (ROA) for profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) for solvency. The results indicate that the company’s liquidity is relatively good, with an average CR of 3.03, although it shows a declining trend over time. Profitability is considered poor, as reflected by an average ROA of -9.24%, indicating the company’s inability to generate profits effectively. Meanwhile, the solvency ratio shows an increasing trend, with an average DER of 22.51%, suggesting a growing reliance on debt financing. Overall, the company’s financial performance is considered suboptimal due to its inability to generate consistent profits along with increasing financial risk.
