This study aims to analyze the effect of digital leadership, digital competence, work life balance, and employee resilience on employee performance. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 33 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that digital competence, work life balance, and employee resilience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, digital leadership does not have a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence employee performance. These findings suggest that strengthening digital competence, maintaining work life balance, and enhancing resilience are crucial to improving optimal work outcomes. This study provides practical implications for organizations in designing human resource development strategies that support digital transformation and sustainable performance.
