Abstract
This study aims to determine "The Effect of Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Tangibility and Public Ownership on the Profitability of LQ45 Index Companies for the 2018-2023 Period". The time of this research was conducted in March 2025 until completion. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study was 45 LQ45 index companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using panel data regression with the help of the Stata 15 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Total Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Profitability. (3) Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on Profitability. (4) Tangibility does not have a significant effect on Profitability (5) Public Ownership has a negative and significant effect on Profitability. Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Tangibility and Public Ownership together have a significant effect on the Profitability of LQ45 Index Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2023.
