Abstract
This research aims to investigate the extent to which financial ratios can influence the stock price dynamics of LQ45 companies from 2020 to 2024. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. From a total of 45 issuers within the index, 17 issuers were selected as a sample using a purposive sampling technique based on a predetermined set of criteria. The independent variables analyzed include profitability (ROA, ROE, and EPS); solvency (DER); liquidity (CR and QR); and the Price to Earnings Ratio (PER). Meanwhile, stock price is used as the dependent variable. Panel data regression is the method utilized for data processing with EViews version 12 statistical software. The findings of the research indicate that stock prices are influenced by profitability ratios and PER, whereas solvency and liquidity ratios do not exhibit a significant relationship. Based on the simultaneous results, all independent variables collectively contribute to changes in stock prices. The resulting coefficient of determination (R²) is 95.5%. In other words, the model's ability to explain the majority of the variability in stock prices is 95.5%.
