DUKUNGAN KEBERANIAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN PADA PEMUDA DI ACEH (The Sapidity Support of Entrepreneurship of Aceh Youth)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas, jaringan usaha dan kemandirian terhadap entrepreneurship para pemuda di Aceh. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah para pemuda di Aceh, metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling sehingga jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 170 orang pengusaha muda di Aceh. Peralatan analisis yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling dalam model dan pengkajian hipotesis serta pengujian sebuah rangkaian hubungan relatif rumit secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan kreativitas, dukungan jaringan usaha, dan dukungan kemandirian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap entrepreneurship para pemuda di Aceh, dari hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa setiap indikator pembentuk variabel laten menunjukkan hasil yang memenuhi kriteria yaitu nilai CR diatas 1,96 dengan P lebih kecil dari pada 0,05.Downloads
