Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh nilai investasi, nilai produksi dan upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Menggunakan data sekunder dengan kurun waktu 10 tahun, mulai tahun 2007 hingga tahun 2017. Metode analisis data menggunakan (Ordinary Least Square/OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai investasi industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sedangkan nilai produksi industri kecil berpengaruh positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sebaliknya upah minimum industri kecil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu secara simultan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang nyata antara variabel bebas nilai investasi, nilai produksi industri kecil dan upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Utara
