Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada W.E Playground Dusun Bambu

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan pada W.E Playground Dusun Bambu. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitati. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kusioner terhadap 50 orang karyawan pada W.E Playground Dusun Bambu kemudian dioleh dengan bantuan Olahan Stastical Package and Service Solution (SPSS) Versi 29. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung budaya organisasi (t hitung) sebesar 3,343 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,011, signifikasi variabel budaya organisasi terhadap variabel terkait yaitu kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,002. nilai t hitung ˃ t tabel dan signifikasi 0,002 ˂ 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan self efficacy sebesar 63,4%. Budaya organisasi di W.E Playground Dusun Bambu dan self efficacacy, memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di W.E Playground Dusun Bambu sebesar 63,4% dan sisanya, yaitu 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang diluar variabel.
